Jurnal gizi dan kesehatan keluarga accepts scientific work in the form of research reports with a focus on Food Product Development, Individual Nutrition and Family Health (Adolescents, Pregnant Women, Infants, Toddlers, Breastfeeding Mothers, Adult Nutrition, and the Elderly), and Community Nutrition and Policy. Articles published in the Journal of Nutrition and Family Health go through a double-blind peer-review process. Therefore, the decision to accept scientific articles is in the hands of the Editorial Board based on peer reviewer recommendations.
